Vision X Software Inc. is a privately held Internet-based technology company founded by its principals Michael Lorenz and Michael Ricci in 1994 for the purpose of creating entertainment and educational software. Their web properties include: ScreenThemes, Star Trek ScreenThemes, Puzzlepalooza, ScreenThemes Gallery, DigiDay.com, DigiDay Atomic Clock & Reminder and the web's leading jazz music resource, All About Jazz.
Vision X has partnered with Paramount Pictures to develop and sell Star Trek ScreenThemes, and was the official source for America's Cup 2000 screen savers. Other partners include: World Online, Corbis, Medium4.com, WWII Memorial Foundation, Parametric Technology, and Showtime.
They are the recipients of numerous technology, web site design, and publishing awards. Vision X properties have been mentioned in such publications as the Time Magazine, New York Times, L. A.
